The Strada Exotics Customer Referral Program rewards qualified partners with 10% of the rental sale. The renter must be a first-time Strada Exotics customer. Only referrals made aware to Strada Exotics employees prior to the rental will qualify. New referral customers must rent at full price to qualify. Referral payment will be made after the car is returned at the completion of the rental. Payments in this program will be given as cash, credit, check, or mobile banking app. Not transferable. Strada Exotics staff are not eligible. Management reserves the right to discontinue or modify the program at any time.

To make a reservation, click the reserve button underneath the picture of the vehicle that you wish to rent. This will take you to the reservation request page that will ask for your contact and billing information and the dates that you wish to reserve the vehicle. When you have completed this information, hit submit, and that will start the reservation process. At that time, we will place a hold on your credit card for the rental amount and you will receive a Reservation Request Email.

We have a 24-hour grace period for customers to cancel their reservations from the initial transaction. Afterwards, if the reservation is canceled seven or more days before the scheduled rental date, there will be no penalty. Cancellations occurring in less than seven days from rental date will be penalized with a fee equal to 50 percent of the rental value.

Yes. We guarantee that the vehicle that you selected during the reservation process will be the exact vehicle that you receive on the day your rental begins. We are very proud of our ability to provide our clients exactly what they want in an exotic car rental.

No. We require that all of our rentals be at least a 24 hour period. This helps our clients avoid penalty charges. If our clients must have a shorter rental period, we ask them to speak with one of our customer service reps. 

If your insurance is in good standing, we will allow clients under the age of 25 to rent a vehicle as long as they are 21 years of age or older. However, an underage fee of 20 percent of the rental value will be applied to the overall cost of the vehicle. Please not that 

We come across a lot of minor scuffs and scrapes on our cars when they go out on rentals – sometimes customers curb a wheel or scratch a front bumper. These repairs are quick and relatively inexpensive to make and are billed from the security deposit in order to minimize the amount of time the car is off the road. Once your invoice has been settled, you can of course make a claim to your insurance company to be reimbursed for any charges.
